Good morning ladies and gents. Congratulations on your engagement, we are so happy for you but now lets get to work looking for that perfect venue. As you probably don’t know but venue can cost from $52 up to $102 dollars, yes or even more per person. I know right! But if you are on tight budget and have close to 180 or over guests coming to celebrate your wedding and reception, don’t fret. Instead of paying $9,414 up to 18,360 just for a wedding or reception venue. For some of us it’s 50% of our budget. We at iDesign Events and Veronika Khar wedding planner is here to help. Question #2: Does your choice of caterer include china and equipment such as chafing dishes, china or do you have to rent it?
Most of the caterers in the Bay Area and Northern California I have worked with include all of the stoves, grills, service ware, etc., however, on a wedding earlier this year, the Bay Area, San Jose caterer informed me my client would need to provide everything from the linens to china, to serving carts. But no worries, we at iDesign Events were able to provide all the needed items at no extra extra charge. Venue and banquet hall rental still came cheaper then going to a local large hotel and venue.
