Big wedding vs. intimate wedding

I have recently watched David’s Tutera point on Big vs Intimate Wedding. To be honest I think the

wedding party should decide together what is more important to them, to look at

their budget, to count

all the pros and cons and then decide together. So many couples tried to satisfy everyone by making

Big Weddings and then regretting it at the end because they didn’t even know half of the people at the

wedding and even more than half didn’t care about the couple itself at all. I think the couple should

invite those who truly will appreciate their special day and share the joy with them. I think it never

should be just because of numbers or because someone will get mad if they are not invited. If you have

lots of people who will sincerely applaud with happiness and shower you with love on this magical day,

then go for it, why not, well of course if your budget allows it. But I don’t think you should go out of

your skin inviting everyone possible just because of some other reason because unfortunately these

multitudes of not so intimate friends would probably not even appreciate your wedding, may not even

attend or find something negative to gossip about once it is done. May this special day be filled with

love, joy and celebration from people who are truly special to you.
