iDesign Events Studio company was started in 2003 out of a little home Event Planning office. Now in 2013 iDesign Events Studio & Bay Area Party Rentals has expanded into 5,000 sq ft of warehouse, two office locations in California and one in Minnesota. Yes we are a family owned company. iDesign Events Studio’s space at the warehouse is mostly used for our custom fabrication of all types of props as well as linens fabrication and our other locations of 2,000 office space is used for designer counsultation.

We are a one-stop-shop where you can find every element for your event or wedding décor. From uplighting to fresh flower centerpieces. Our designers have over 20 years experience in the event industry and have done décor for events from 15 guests to 1,200 guests.
