The Fourth Street Summit Center Venue, located three blocks from The Fairmont San Jose, features a 6800-square-foot ballroom with more than 3000 square feet of adjoining foyer space. Two open-air balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows provide spectacular views of Silicon Valley. The glass Rotunda is a gallery space stretching 110 feet high and serves as the ceremonial entryway for visitors to City Hall.  The main floor of the Rotunda is circular and approximately 90 feet in diameter, with a total area of 6,800 square feet.  The floor is done in a terrazzo finish.   The Rotunda’s design maximizes natural lighting and enhances the architectural quality.  The glass walls on the ground floor of the Rotunda can be opened to allow an event to spill out onto the Plaza.  The Rotunda capacity is 350 for standing receptions and 300 for a seated reception.  Room capacity is 350 for standing receptions and 300 for a seated reception.
